Out of the 100's of tattoo design sites I researched, Print My Tattoo has the best gallery.  With over 7500 unique designs, forums, celebrity tattoos, tattoo videos, and a Tattoo Meanings section where you can accurately learn what Japanese and other symbols really mean.

They also have this cool section where you can post your own tattoo and get feedback from others.  I spent days on this site and ended up finding a really cool design that my tattoist was able to use and customize for me.

I love this tattoo site!  Chopper Tattoo was definitely one of those "Suprise Finds."  They have thousands of designs including: Tattoo designs for girls, tattoo designs for guys, dragons, cross tattoos, lower back tattoos, and so much more.

If you're into Tribal Tattoos they definitely dominate that market.  They have thousands of tribal and lettering tattoo designs.

All I can say about Tattoomenow!'s tattoo design site is, "WOW!"  They have over 40 categories and Thousands of designs.  There tattoo galleries are easily sorted and the artwork is high quality. Don't be put off by the "intro video" on the homepage.  It's what's inside the site that counts!

With nearly 5,000 tattoo design ideas you can find just about any style you like.  Plus, don't forget, you can print these designs and bring them right to your tattooist!

Getting your first tattoo can be an exciting experience.  Heck, getting your 10th tattoo is an exciting experience.  The one thing in common with your first and tenth tattoo is making sure it is a design that you want.  Make sure you take the appropriate amounth of time researching your tattoo design.  The websites shown above are great for getting tattoo ideas.  Whether you are looking for a small tribal design for your lower back, or a Japanese dragon sleeve for your arm, it is extremely imprtant to have good artwork.  Your tattooist can create original designs or customize a design you bring in.  Most importantly, enjoy your tattoo experience especially if it is your first time, because your first time only happens once.
